
Tacocat share playful new cut "The Joke of Life"

Seattle's Tacocat are back with "The Joke of Life", the third single from their upcoming This Mess Is a Place record.
The new pop-driven single "The Joke of Life" follows on from earlier singles "Hologram" and "Grains of Salt".
This Mess Is a Place is Tacocat's fourth album, and first since 2016's Lost Time.
On their upcoming record, vocalist Emily Nokes offers, "We can examine some hard stuff, make fun of some evil stuff, feel some soft feelings, feel some rage feelings, feel some bitter-ass feelings, sift through memories, feel wavy-existential, and still go get a banana daiquiri at the end."
