SZA's new album has been delayed again
SZA has revealed that it'll no longer be a SZA summer as her second album is being held back by Top Dawg Entertainment's Punch and RCA Records.
Back in May, SZA said at the Met Gala that it'll be a "SZA summer" and that her follow-up to 2017's Ctrl was "finally like ready to go", but in a new Instagram comment responding to a fan asking about her second album, SZA claimed it's being held back.
SZA wrote, "It's 100% Punch and RCA on this one. I wanted the summer. They wanted more time. Atp [at this point] I'm jus tryna have a good time stress free lol."

Tomorrow (22 July) SZA will feature on a remix of Doechii's "Persuasive", which will follow last month's Ctrl (Deluxe) album that featured seven additional tracks.
At Wireless Festival earlier this month, SZA revealed that Doja Cat will feature on "Shirt".
