Philadelphia's Swearin' are back after a five year break with new single "Grow into a Ghost" and news of their third album Fall Into the Sun.
Fronted by Waxahatchee sister Allison Crutchfield, Philadelphia's Swearin' are back with their first album in five years.
Fall Into the Sun comes after 2013's Surfing Strange.
The first single to be revealed from their forthcoming album is the rumbling "Grow into a Ghost".
Drummer Jeff Bolt explains their new direction for their third album, “Getting older, your tastes change, and what you want to do changes."
Their sound has undoubtedly matured, as Crutchfield describes their forthcoming release as the "adult Swearin’ album.”
"Grow into a Ghost" is available now. Their third album Fall Into the Sun drops on 5 October via Merge Records. Swearin' are about to embark on a US tour. Find out more.
