SOPHIE's upcoming album now has a very Cocteau Twins-y title
Avant-pop star SOPHIE has revealed the title for her upcoming album - and it sounds like a long-lost Cocteau Twins record.
In an amazing new feature with Crack Magazine (seriously, check it out), the producer reveals that her next LP is called OIL OF EVERY PEARL’S UN-INSIDES.
The album was revealed to be finished just a few weeks ago, when SOPHIE also busted the myth that the album would be named Whole New World. A release date remains elusive, but this is something.
SOPHIE's been hella busy over the past few months, releasing collaborations with Let's Eat Grandma and Charli XCX, and sharing her own mind-quaking singles "Ponyboy", "Faceshopping", and "It's Okay To Cry". As well as releasing plenty of exciting material, SOPHIE has unveiled her new live show... which is phenomenal.
SOPHIE's new record will follow 2015's Product.
