Ryan Adams is celebrating Valentine's Day by releasing jangly new lovelorn ode "Baby I Love You".
With with power-pop riffs, church bells, and retro vocal lines, Adams marks the romantic occasion in his own downbeat way - including with a chorus nodding to The Beatles' "Love Is All You Need". Maybe he was inspired by a new acquisition over the Christmas period?
The track follows Adams' 2017 LP Prisoner - one of our favourite of the year - his accompanying B-sides collection and a cover of Tegan and Sara's "Back In Your Head".
"Baby I Love You" is out now.
