Rina Sawayama has provided an update on her new music, revealing she's already written "enough amazing new songs for a second album".
After celebrating the one-year anniversary of her debut album SAWAYAMA last month with an updated version of "Chosen Family" featuring Elton John, Sawayama has shared a progress update on her new music via Twitter, revealing she's managed to write enough songs for her sophomore record.
Sawayama wrote on Twitter, "already written enough amazing new songs for a second album wow my minddddddddd."

In a second tweet, she added, "lately I’m on fire in the studio for like 2 weeks straight then I have a breakdown and have to sleep for like 3 weeks then repeat. I’m fine tho."
