Priests return with rumbling new track "Good Time Charlie"
Post-punk trio Priests return with "Good Time Charlie", the second taste of their forthcoming album The Seduction of Kansas.
Having shared the title-track of their second full-length last month, Priests return with another choppy cut "Good Time Charlie".
Their second album will follow on from 2017's Nothing Feels Natural, and the Early Recordings release.
Across the record, Priests recruited multi-instrumentalist Janel Leppin to play bass and help with songwriting having played cello, mellotron, and lap steel on their debut record. The band also used producer John Congleton (Angel Olsen, St. Vincent), and recorded the album across two weeks at his Elmwood Studio in Dallas, Texas. The last piece of the puzzle was completed by bassist Alexandra Tyson, who has also joined their touring band.
