Post Malone joins Tyla Yaweh on new song "Tommy Lee"
Post Malone features on Tyla Yaweh's new song "Tommy Lee", named after the Mötley Crüe drummer.
"Tommy Lee" is Post Malone's first feature since reuniting with Ozzy Osbourne on his "It's A Raid" single back in February.
Speaking to NME about the title of the track Tyla Yaweh says, "It’s me and my friend being rockstars and doing whatever we want. Living life and spreading positive energy and giving people good music, what they want. Tommy Lee just doesn’t give a fuck and I love that. I’ve got "fuck the rules" tattooed on my neck so I kinda live by that same rule – being me and not letting anyone judge me. And that‘s what I feel about Tommy Lee. And me and Tommy Lee just got cool. It’s really cool to be cool with somebody I looked up to for so many years."
Post Malone is yet to follow up his 2019 LP Hollywood's Bleeding. Back in April, Post Malone said during his Nirvana tribute livestream, "We've just been kinda fucking sittin' around the house and working on this new album I got coming for y'all, I'm really fucking excited for it. Trying to put it out as soon as I fucking can, I'm really proud of the music that we're making, and I'm having a lot of fucking fun."
