Paul Thomas Anderson's new film starring Alana Haim gets release date
Paul Thomas Anderson's new film (which is still untitled) that stars Alana Haim is set for release later this year.
The film, which will be his first feature-length film since 2017's Phantom Thread, has, according to The A.V. Club, finally got a release date.
Although it's still untitled, the film will star Alana Haim (her acting debut), Bradley Cooper, Benny Safdie (director of Uncut Gems), Joseph Cross and more.
The IMDB page synopsis reads: "Set in 1970s San Fernando Valley, the film follows a high school student, who is also a successful child actor."
Alana Haim's inclusion in the film may seem weird to some, but over 2019 and 2020 Anderson directed Haim's Women In Music Pt. III music videos for "Summer Girl", "Now I'm In It", "The Steps" and "Man From The Magazine".
