Pale Waves have confirmed that they've been working on a new song with Matty Healy from The 1975.

The quartet are yet to release a new single following their 2018 debut album My Mind Makes Noises.

Yesterday (19 August) lead singer Heather Baron-Gracie uploaded a new snap to Instagram with Matty Healy of The 1975. One user wrote in the comments, "If you don't make a song together I will be mad."

The Pale Waves vocalist replied, "It’s happening."

Healy has got multiple projects spinning at the moment. The 1975 are due to release the lead single from Notes On A Conditional Form this Thursday (22 August), and Healy may have a collaboration with Charli XCX in the works.

Pale Waves will play London's O2 Forum Kentish Town on 26 September. Find out more.
