Miley Cyrus says her new album is "pretty much written and ready to go"
Miley Cyrus has revealed to Nashville radio station 1075 The River that her upcoming album is "pretty much written and ready to go".
Over recent months Cyrus has been spilling tiny nuggets of information about her upcoming album, which will follow her 2017 LP Younger Now.
In a new interview with Nashville radio station 1075 The River, Cyrus has confirmed that her new LP is "pretty much written and ready to go".
She also said, "I actually listened to a bunch of it in my car today, everything is sounding so wicked."
Expanding on her excitement, Cyrus added, "One of the things that I love about it is the diversity of sound that it does have ... It really just tells a story and I feel like the album is sonically me. If it could take a physical form it would paint a picture of myself. The influences range from Dolly [Parton] to Stevie [Nicks], to Joan [Jett] to Cornell [Chris]."

Back in August Cyrus released "Midnight Sky" as the first single from her upcoming album, which, according to Jimmy Fallon, is apparently titled She Is Miley Cyrus. A few weeks ago she also revealed that Dua Lipa and Billy Idol will feature on her new album.
Miley Cyrus hasn't announced a release date for her upcoming album, but Music Week's latest issue lists the release date as November, with a specific day yet to be confirmed.
Music Week Magazine also confirms Miley Cyrus’ seventh studio album will be released next month!
