Kaytranada says his new music is "safe" after spilling water on laptop
Kaytranada has revealed that his new music is "safe" after spilling water on his laptop earlier this week.
On Wednesday (27 April) Kaytranada tweeted about spilling water on his laptop, and wrote that half of his new album was "gone", but yesterday (28 April) he provided another update, thanking the computer hardware company LaCie and telling fans that although his laptop is "gone", the new music is "safe".
Laptop’s gone but the music is safe. I appreciate your sympathy. https://t.co/yetuy2d8Rq

Last week The Weeknd shared Kaytranada's remix of his Dawn FM track "Out of Time". As well as remixing The Weeknd this year, he also teamed up with IDK on "Taco", and appeared on Joyce Wrice's "Iced Tea" single.
Yesterday (28 April) Kaytranada announced a second date at London's O2 Academy Brixton for 25 June, which has already sold out.
