Joyero, aka Andy Stack from Wye Oak, has shared new cut "Steepest Stairs" from his debut record Release The Dogs.
"Steepest Stairs" is the third offering to be shared from Release The Dogs, after June's "Dogs" and May's "Salt Mine".
The new single is accompanied by visuals shot in West Texas. Offering an explanation about "Steepest Stairs", Stack says, "It’s a song about feeling like an outsider and finding some peace in that."
Joyero's debut record Release The Dogs was largely recorded in Marfa, Texas.
Last year Wye Oak released their latest album The Louder I Call, the Faster it Runs.
"Steepest Stairs" is out now. Release The Dogs drops 23 August via Merge, and is available to pre-order now. Joyero plays London's Union Chapel on 4 October with The Album Leaf. Find out more.
