Jeff Tweedy dwells on lonelier days with new track "I Know What It's Like"
Jeff Tweedy reminisces over duller days with new track "I Know What It's Like".
"I Know What It's Like" is the third track to be revealed from Tweedy's forthcoming WARM record, after "Some Birds" and "Let's Go Rain" - which he performed for us at this year's End of the Road festival.
Mark Greenberg helmed the hallucinogenic visuals that sees Tweedy's head constantly changing colour and shifting through mirrored and layering effects.
The colourful visuals contrast with the downhearted chorus that sees Tweedy reflect on a lonelier time, "I know what it's like / I know what it's like / To not feel love."
WARM was both produced and recorded by Tweedy at Chicago’s The Loft studios. The upcoming record is his first release since last year's Together At Last, and Wilco's 2016 album Schmilco.
