Japanese Breakfast links with So!YoON! on Korean version of "Be Sweet"
Japanese Breakfast has shared a Korean version of her Jubilee track "Be Sweet" which features guest vocals from Seo So Neon's So!YoON!.
Ahead of Japanese Breakfast's performance at Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival next month, she's teamed up with So!YoON! of Seo So Neon to record a Korean version of her Jubilee single "Be Sweet".
Michelle Zauner said, "We thought it would be fun to put out a special Korean version of "Be Sweet" preceding our upcoming performance in Seoul. I’m very grateful Yaeji helped me with the translation over a year ago. So!YoON! is one of my favorite indie artists in Seoul right now and I’m so happy we got to collab."
Last weekend Wilco's Jeff Tweedy joined Japanese Breakfast at Pitchfork Music Festival to perform "Kokomo, IN" and Wilco's "Jesus Etc.".
