Florence + The Machine update site and confirm "something's coming"
Florence + The Machine's site has been updated with the "KING" card sent to fans, and a message on the site confirms that "something's coming".
Yesterday (21 February) Florence + The Machine gifted some lucky fans with a special card that appears to tease their return. The card features "Chapter 1" on the envelope, and the card itself includes an image of Florence Welch with the word "KING" at the bottom.
Florence + The Machine's site has since been updated, and shows 15 cards in total, 14 of which are blank. The only face up card is the first, which is the "KING" card sent to fans. A pop-up message also appears when clicking on the "KING" card, which encourages fans to sign up to their mailing list, and confirms that "something's coming".
Florence + The Machine haven't released new music since last year's Cruella track "Call me Cruella", and are yet to follow up their 2018 album High as Hope.
In April 2021 it was announced that a Great Gatsby musical adaptation with music by Florence Welch was green-lit.
