
Emily Eavis shares tribute to The Prodigy's Keith Flint and reveals they were booked for Glastonbury
Glastonbury's Emily Eavis has shared a tribute to The Prodigy's late frontman Keith Flint, and revealed they were due to play the festival this summer.
Earlier today The Prodigy's frontman Keith Flint was confirmed to have died by suicide aged 49.
Glastonbury festival's Emily Eavis has shared her tribute to the late frontman, revealing "He’s played here so many times with the Prodigy and was booked for 2019".
She added, "Here’s a clip from ‘97 when they were the first dance band to headline Glastonbury - a huge, unforgettable moment."

In 1997 they headlined the Somerset festival on the Friday. Radiohead played on Saturday, and Ash closed the festival on Sunday.
Last year The Prodigy released their latest record, No Tourists. The Prodigy announced last week that they would release a limited 7" vinyl for Record Store Day.
