Drake confirms that Certified Lover Boy is "cooked" and "on the way"
Drake has confirmed that his long-awaited Certified Lover Boy album is "cooked", and added that it's "on the way".
After revealing last month that Certified Lover Boy was about to be mixed, Drake has given another update on the album, saying it's "cooked" and "on the way".
The latest update happened once again on Sound 42’s Fri Yiy Friday radio show, and saw Drake say, "Album's cooked, looking forward to delivering it to you ... Certified Lover Boy on the way, and that’s for anyone in the way."

Fans have been speculating whether his note about "anyone in the way" could be referencing Kanye West, who is due to release Donda this Friday (6 August), and that maybe Drake is planning to release his new album on the same day.

Certified Lover Boy, Drake's follow-up to 2018's Scorpion, was originally due for release in January, but Drake delayed the release so he could focus on recovering from surgery.
While he did deliver Scary Hours 2 EP in March, Drake is still yet to announce a release date for Certified Lover Boy.
