Doja Cat has shared a lengthy snippet of what appears to be a new song during an Instagram Live.

After linking with SZA on her first Planet Her single "Kiss Me More" back in March, Doja Cat has given fans a preview of a new song - likely from Planet Her - during an Instagram Live yesterday (17 May).

Doja Cat didn't give the title of the unreleased track, and it's unclear if it'll be her upcoming "You Right" single with The Weeknd that was confirmed in a piece with Billboard last month.

Speaking about her new chapter last month, Doja Cat said, "I think in the beginning, I was just trying to be solid and be what a pop artist already was: what I’d seen on TV and what I thought was the right thing to do, but as I move on into this Planet Her era, I want to introduce things to people as opposed to just re-create and rehash. It’s just more inspiring to start from a more innovative spot."

Doja Cat's Planet Her album is yet to get a specific release date, but is due to land this summer.
