Dirty Projectors are back with their first new single in two years "Overlord", which sees band member Maia Friedman on lead vocals.
"Overlord" is the group's first new track since releasing their Lamp Lit Prose album in 2018.
It's the first Dirty Projectors song to feature guitarist Maia Friedman on vocals, after Dave Longstreth put together a new lineup around their Lamp Lit Prose tour in 2018.
The new single also features additional vocals from bandmates Felicia Douglass and Kristin Slipp, and sees Nat Baldwin on upright bass, Mike Johnson on drums, and Mauro Refosco on the congas.
Dirty Projectors' "Overlord" single is out now.
