Did the BBC just reveal the release date for The 1975's next single?
The BBC has deleted a page that revealed The 1975 will be heading into the radio studios to perform something new in January.
As Dork notes, the BBC site has deleted a page that confirmed that The 1975 will be performing their "Hottest Record Live" on 16 January 2020.
16 January 2020 is a Thursday - aka New Music Friday eve - so maybe the group will release their new single in full on 17 January 2020.
The performance could feature a new single from the band's forthcoming Notes On A Conditional Form album. So far they've shared three tracks from the record - "The 1975", "People", and "Frail State of Mind".
Notes On A Conditional Form - The 1975's fourth album - will follow their 2018 LP A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships.
