Crystal Castles to return already?
After giving everyone "Sad Eyes" and "Fainting Spells" yesterday when Alice Glass revealed that Crystal Castles were "Not In Love", the band's manager/not-manager has shed a shred of doubt on the total demise.
So are Crystal Castles no more? "Yes/No"? Where does this leave Alice Glass and her supposedly imminent solo career?
Speaking to NME, the band's manager - presumably James Sandom - said:
"There will be twists and turns ahead for Crystal Castles, I wouldn't bury the dead just yet!"
Whether he's trying to douse the flames that Glass poured "Kerosene" on, or he's just flippantly guessing, it's not currently certain. Perhaps he is referring to Ethan Kath continuing solo or recruiting another singer - that's wild speculation, however. Let's hope we get answers soon as opposed to a "Year Of Silence".
Meanwhile, Crystal Fighters have staked their claim as sole heirs to the 'Crystal Throne'.
We are not Crystal Castles, we are Crystal Fighters, and now we sit as kings, high upon the Crystal Throne
