BTS perform stunning cover of Coldplay's "Fix You" during MTV Unplugged set
BTS have performed a stunning cover of Coldplay's classic hit "Fix You" as part of their highly-anticipated MTV Unplugged set.
Earlier this month it was announced that K-pop stars BTS would follow in the footsteps of Miley Cyrus, fellow South Koreans Monsta X, FINNEAS and Alessia Cara with their own MTV Unplugged performance.
BTS' MTV Unplugged set aired earlier today (24 February), and it saw the group deliver performances of tracks from their November 2020 album BE (Deluxe Edition), as well as a cover of Coldplay's "Fix You".
According to Billboard, Jimin said of the cover, "This song gave us comfort, so we wanted to prepare this cover to comfort you as well."
At the end of their performance, BTS thanked fans and apologised that it was recorded remotely due to the pandemic
