Bonny Light Horseman deliver new song "Exile"
Anaïs Mitchell, Eric D. Johnson and Josh Kaufman have shared a new Bonny Light Horseman song titled "Exile", which is the third taster of their forthcoming album Rolling Golden Holy.
"Exile" will appear on Rolling Golden Holy with previous singles "Summer Dream" and "Calfironia". Eric D. Johnson says, "The lyrics of this one, open-ended as they may be, are filled with primal and mythological fears - lion's dens, hurricanes, wild eyes and the deep dark. Fears that are conquered by, naturally, love love love. But please, feel free to take what you want from this one, story-wise. And if nothing more, throw it on and do a slow-spin groove in front of your speakers."
Rolling Golden Holy will follow the trio's 2020 self-titled debut album, and was recorded between Aaron Dessner’s Long Pond studio and their "spiritual home", which is an old church called Dreamland.
