Beirut share new cut "Landslide" with humorous medieval visuals
Beirut return with new cut "Landslide", which arrives with a Monty Python-esque video featuring Game Of Thrones' Ian Beattie.
"Landslide" is the second single to be shared from Beirut's upcoming fifth album Gallipoli, after the title-track was revealed in October 2018.
The new single arrives with a Monty Python-style video directed by Eoin Glaister, and features Game Of Thrones' Ian Beattie (he played Meryn Trant until 2015).
The force behind Beirut, Zach Condon, created their new album between New York and Berlin, before Condon recruited Nick Petree and Paul Collins, and Gabe Wax (No No No's producer) to finish the record in a studio in Puglia, Southern Italy.
Beirut's last record No No No arrived in 2015. You can read the full story behind the new Gallipoli record over at the Beirut site.
