Bedouine delivers tender new track "One More Time"
Bedouine has shared the soft new single "One More Time" from her upcoming Bird Songs of a Killjoy album.
"One More Time" is the fourth taster of Bedouine's forthcoming record, after "Echo Park", "When You're Gone", and "Bird".
Speaking about the new single, Azniv Korkejian, aka Bedouine, says, ""One More Time" contemplates the difference between being with someone versus being alone; Whether a partnership should greatly change your life or allow you to continue carving independent paths. Khalil Gibran famously says lovers should be like two pillars holding up the same temple yet out from each other’s shadow. The song contemplates that in a cyclical relationship."
Bird Songs of a Killjoy follows on from her self-titled 2017 debut record, and sees her reunite with producer Gus Seyffert. Expanding on the new album, Bedouine explains, "It's called Bird Songs of a Killjoy, and I'm the killjoy. Dare I say – a difficult woman. I'm taking ownership of that stereotype, proudly."
