Arlo Parks drops new ballad "Angel's Song"
Arlo Parks is back with new ballad "Angel's Song", lifted from her forthcoming EP Sophie.
"Angel's Song" is the third track to be lifted from her Sophie EP, after "Second Guessing" and "Sophie".
Discussing the new single, Arlo Parks says, "It's an observational piece surrounding a person I cared about a lot - it details their vices and habits and worries. I remember sending it to them in the early hours of the morning and hoping that it would uplift them and make them feel loved."
Earlier this month, Arlo Parks featured on Easy Life's "Sangria".
Her forthcoming EP Sophie will be Arlo Parks' second EP, after her 2018 debut Super Sad Generation. She says of the new EP, "It's written about the human condition - about our relationship with ourselves, how we deal with pain, how we express love and whether it's possible to achieve clarity in a world of doubt."
