Alice Glass given court summons by fake fan
Alice Glass has shared the court summons she received after a show last week from someone pretending to be a fan.
Glass' collaborator and former HEALTH member Jupiter Keyes has also been named as a defendant in the defamation lawsuit, which Crystal Castles' Ethan Kath has brought against them following Glass' disturbing open letter last month. In the letter Glass alleges that Kath was physically, sexually, emotionally, and psychologically abusive over a period of ten years.

"Alice and I had a long ongoing relationship both personal and professional," Kath said in a statement denying all the claims. "When she suddenly left Crystal Castles to handle her mental health issues and substance abuse issues I fully supported her. I will continue to support her quest to wellness but I can't support extortion, false claims, and accusations put forth after the band attained new success without her. False allegations take away voice from true victims and that's what saddens me most about all of this."
