Empire State Bastard, the new band made up of Biffy Clyro's Simon Neil and Mike Vennart, have delivered their debut single "Stutter".
Hot on the heels of the announcement of their debut album, Rivers of Heresy, Empire State Bastard unleash the brand new single, "Stutter".
The single follows from the previous release, "Harvest".
