
Dave Grohl joins boygenius at Hollywood Bowl to perform "Satanist"
Hot on the heels of his appearance with Foo Fighters on Saturday Night Live, playing alongside H.E.R, Dave Grohl took to the stage at the Hollywood Bowl to accompany boygenius on drums for "Satanist".
During their headline Halloween show last night, boygenius were dressed up as the Holy Trinity, and performed an 25-song set which included songs from their debut album, the record, as well as tracks from its follow-up EP, the rest, such as "Emily I'm Sorry", "Black Hole", "Cool About It", "Voyager" and "Bite The Hand".
They also performed covers of each other's songs, with Lucy Dacus taking the lead on Julien Baker’s "Good News", Baker took on Phoebe Bridgers biggest hit "Motion Sickness", and Bridgers sang lead on Lucy Dacus' "Night Shift".
Elsewhere in the evening, the were joined by legendary Foo Fighters ringleader and Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl to perform "Satanist", which features on the record.
