"To Build A House" is another breathtaking step from Cosima
Cosima has shared her staggering new single "To Build A House", a breathtaking ballad with soulful vocals and late-night synths.
The track is another stunning outing from the Peckham artist. "To Build A House" is a striking beast drenched in pure heartache; it's a rare kind of song that makes you stop still in your tracks, but Cosima's got one of those gems here.
"This song started out as a poem I wrote about my father," says Cosima. "It’s a song for anyone who has ever stood by a window hoping and waiting."
Cosima's been on our radar for a while, dropping absolute treasures like "Hymns For Him" and "Girls Who Get Ready". Her single "Had To Feel Something" was one of our favorite singles of 2016.
Cosima is set to support BBC Sound Of 2017 winner Ray BLK at her upcoming London shows at the Village Underground (27 February) and the Jazz Café (23 March).
