Singer, songwriter and storyteller Blossom Caldarone shares the tale of "Aldo"
Reminiscent of early Kate Nash and Lily Allen, Blossom Caldarone shows her penchant for turning her stories into songs for live rendition of "Aldo".
Following on from her debut EP Sit and Be and latest single "Fickle Friend", London singer/songwriter Blossom Caldarone returns with an intensely emotional, stripped back track, which more than anything sees the musician display her storytelling skills.
On the track Caldarone explains that the story of "Aldo" is in fact very real and about a man she knew growing up. She tells us ""Aldo" is a true story about an old man I knew when I was younger, I wanted to put his life into a song because stories like his often get forgotten. His early life had a lot of unfortunate turns that could understandably turn a person bitter, but he was always the kindest and most content gentlemen."
