Blaenavon savages your senses with new tune "Destiny's Mild"
Indie rockers Blaenavon have shared new tune "Destiny's Mild", a hook-heavy expedition into squalling guitars and pained vocals.
"Destiny's Mild", far from painting a woeful picture of their fate, is a strikingly mature oeuvre from the trio that bulges and warps around a rocky core. With deluges of noise hurtling through the speakers, and all the varied instruments blurring in a hurricane of sharp sound, it's a deceptively potent turn from Blaenavon, disguised as something sombre.
The band will release their second EP, Miss World, via new home Transgressive on 30 October. It precedes their debut record, which is expected next year at some point.
Blaenavon will headline London's The Lexington on 4 February.
