Lake District pop pair Aquilo have shared a stunning pre-Christmas tearjerker named "So Close To Magic".
"So Close To Magic" is a bittersweet track - made more so by the contrastingly hedonistic visuals - with melancholy melodies and yearning vocals twisted around wispy plumes of icy pop.
The track isn't set to appear on upcoming debut LP Silhouettes - if you're looking for a taster of that, try the Ólafur Arnalds-produced "Sorry".
Tracklist:
- Silhouette
- Blindside
- Human
- Never Hurt Again
- Almost Over
- You Won’t Know Where You Stand
- I Gave It All
- All I Ever Wanted
- Sorry
- Complication
- Never Seen You Get So Low
- Low Light
- Always Done What You Say
- Waiting
Silhouettes is released 27 January via Universal. Pre-order now.
