Directed by Nabil Elderkin, the video for Bon Iver’s stunning eponymous sophomore album number ‘Holocene’ was recently premiered via the National Geographic. Set to sweeping, dramatic mountain ranges and vast Icelandic flatlands the simple, earnest beauty of the footage reflects Vernon’s reminiscent voice and the songs cautious moments of joy and innocence.
The 12” physical format of ‘Holocene’ is due out on 5 September ahead of the band’s completely sold out October UK tour.
