Lifeguard present new single, "Under Your Reach"
Chicago trio Lifeguard have shared the brand new single, "Under Your Reach", which is taken from their forthcoming debut album, Ripped and Torn.
The video, directed by Liam Barton, outlines drummer Isaac Lowenstein’s post-highschool plans, while opening with the disclaimer: “This music video was hard to arrange- what with Isaac's school load, Asher's bouts of temporal confusion, Kai's being an on-call surgeon”.
Their debut album follows the reissue of Crowd Can Talk, which was originally came out in 2022 by Chicago label Born Yesterday. The band will play a run of UK shows in June as part of a European tour, with stops in London, Brighton, Manchester and Bristol, before proceeding to North American dates.
Ripped and Torn will be released on 6 June via Matador Records.
