Rising star Emily Burns take on recent single "Damn Good Liar" for her debut Best Fit session, recorded at Republic London.

The track is a writing collab with Fanny Hultman and Madelene Eliasson - aka Swedish writing/production duo MadFun - and was produced by by Jacob Atwool and Charli XCX collaborator Siba. "I'd recently been let down by someone who had led me to believe she had genuine feelings for me," says Burns of the track, "but in reality, didn't at all... I remember thinking - she's such a good liar."

Up next for Burns is a headline slot opening Best Fit's new music showcase this January.
