The National unveil two brand new songs, “Space Invader” and “Alphabet City"
“Space Invader” and “Alphabet City" are the first songs to be shared since the release of the First Two Pages of Frankenstein.
Back in April, The National released their ninth studio album, First Two Pages of Frankenstein, which featured collaborations from the likes of Phoebe Bridgers on "Your Mind Is Not Your Friend", and "This Isn't Helping", as well as "The Alcott", which features Taylor Swift.
BEST FIT described the album "as another dose to remind you why – and how – the band have managed to carve their own special place out in the cultural landscape". Today they return with two new singles which come with visuals drawn and animated by Pauline de Lassus, aka National collaborator Mina Tindle.
