Tems returns with the brand new single, "Me & U"
GRAMMY-Award winning, Oscar nominated, Lagos, Nigeria-based singer/songwriter and producer Tems releases new track “Me & U”.
"Me & U” is written entirely by Tems and features production from Guilybeatz and Tems. The music video was shot in Malta and directed by Tems herself. The song notably marks her first solo release since her If Orange Was A Place EP came out in 2021.
When asked about the track she stated, “"Me & U" is about discovering the real me, building a genuine relationship with the Creator, and gaining a true perception of self.”
Tems has had an outstanding year as she won her first GRAMMY Award for her work on Future’s chart-topping, triple platinum single “Wait for U,” and received a nomination for her feature on Beyonce's Renaissance.
She was also nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Song, for her work on “Lift Me Up,” the lead single off the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack
