SZA set to make feature film debut in Eddie Huang's Tuna Melt
SZA will make her feature film debut in Tuna Melt, which will be directed by Eddie Huang, who will also star in the film with Euphoria's Chloe Cherry.
Deadline reports that Tuna Melt is a "dramedy" that will be directed by Eddie Huang (Boogie). The feature film will star SZA and Euphoria's Chloe Cherry, and is set to be produced by Scooter Braun and James Shin for SB Projects.
Tuna Melt will be SZA's first feature film acting role, and will see her play Huang's love interest. Huang will play a hitman who unexpectedly falls in love shortly after completing a job.
Earlier this month Top Dawg Entertainment's Punch spoke about receiving backlash from SZA fans after delaying her second album, saying that "We know exactly when it's coming out."
Last month SZA joined Doechii on a remix of "Persuasive".
