Static Dress unveil surprise release, Redux Vol.3 featuring Creeper, Sølv and more
Static Dress have surprise released Rouge Carpet Disaster (Redux) Volume 3; a four song EP comprised of new Redux versions of tracks from their celebrated debut album Rouge Carpet Disaster.
Volume 3 marks the third and final installment of Static Dress’ Redux series and features: “Welcome In” featuring Creeper, “Push rope” (Carl Bown Redux), “fleahouse” (Bobby Wolfgang Redux), and “Marisol” (Sølv Redux). Furthermore, “Push rope” is joined by an official music video directed and edited by Static Dress vocalist Olli Appleyard.
The initial Redux collection features four reimagined versions of tracks from Static Dress’ debut LP including: “Di-sinTer” (Glitter Redux), “Courtney, just relax” featuring World Of Pleasure, “such.a.shame” (smoking lounge redux), and “Attempt 8” featuring Sophie Meiers.
Volume 2 followed last month with the new Redux tracks: “...Maybe!!?” (Oblivion Redux) featuring Bodyweb and Ryder Johnson], “sweet.” (Live From Barclays Arena), “cubicle dialogue” (I'm Letting Unseen Forces Take The Wheel Redux), and “Lye solution” featuring Loathe, BVDLVD and Hail The Sun.
