South London band shame have released "Quiet Life", as the second single to be previewed from their forthcoming new album, Cutthroat.
Speaking of the track, vocalist Charlie Steen says: “‘Quiet Life’ is about someone in a shitty relationship. It’s about the judgment they receive and the struggle that they have to go through, trying to understand the conflict they face, of wanting a better life… but being stuck.”
Cutthroat follows the 2023 release, Food For Worms, and its 2021 predecessor, Drunk Tank Pink.
Cutthroat, will be released on 5 September via Dead Oceans, and is available to pre-order now.
