Sabrina Carpenter reacts to Ariana Grande’s "Espresso" parody on SNL: "very nice and on pitch"
Over the weekend, Ariana Grande appeared as host on SNL and performed a skit featuring Sabrina Carpenter's "Espresso".
On 12 October, Ariana Grande made her return to SNL, hosting for the first time since 2016. She was joined by Fleetwood Mac singer Stevie Nicks, who performed on the show for the first time since 1983.
Despite only appearing on the show as host, Grande couldn't help but show off her vocal skills, as she referenced Wicked, did impressions of Britney Spears, Celine Dion, Gwen Stefani, and Miley Cyrus, and also parodies Sabrina Carpenter's "Espresso" in a kit which saw her play the sister of a bride who may-or-may-not have been unfaithful on her hen do.
