Rozi Plain delivers new track "Prove Your Good"
Rozi Plain has shared a second track from her forthcoming album PRIZE titled "Prove Your Good".
"Prove Your Good" is, in Rozi Plain's own words, "thinking about the often silent fight within us. Trying to come good, trying to not be bad. Feeling judged and judging ourselves. The small re-writing we can do of bits of our own history. The painful shift of changing favourites. Rearranging the leader board. Knowing things must be simpler but going after the tricky stuff anyway."
The new song is the second taster of PRIZE following last month's lead single "Agreeing for Two" which featured Alabaster dePlume on saxophone and This Is The Kit's Kate Stables on backing vocals.
PRIZE is produced by Plain and Jamie Whitby Coles, and will follow 2019's What a Boost.
"Prove Your Good" is out now. Rozi Plain's PRIZE album will arrive via Memphis Industries on 13 January 2023, and is available to pre-order now. She'll play London's Studio 9294 on 14 March 2023. Visit roziplain.co.uk for tickets.
