Nova Twins confront mental health struggles on new single, "Monsters"
Nova Twins have returned with the brand new track, "Monsters", as their first release in three years.
Amy Love and Georgia South explain the message behind the song: "Monsters is about awakening to and understanding your mental health. Growing up, we often look outward, absorbing what life throws at us. Over time, the good and bad experiences start to settle. Before learning to navigate these feelings, you may face self-loathing, anxiety and a fear of who you've become. Confronting these emotions, breathing through them, and opening up to someone can help. Many people struggle with mental health, and this song aims to show vulnerability and let our audience know they’re not alone.”
"Monsters" is the first release from Nova Twins following their 2022 album, Supernova, a collaboration with Pussy Riot, and their remix of Sam Smith's viral track, "Unholy".
"Monsters" is out now via Marshall Records.
