NGHTCRWLR details second studio album, OZ
New-York based NGHTCRWLR, the sonic vehicle for multi-hyphenate artist Kris Esfandiar, has announced her forthcoming second album, OZ, and shares new single, "Madhouse".
Speaking on the release, NGHTCRWLR shares, “Madhouse is about opting out of destructive tendencies. It’s the moment when something that once controlled you loses its grip, suddenly feeling laughable and absurd. These themes also weave through my forthcoming album OZ, which I’ve been working on for the past few years. I’d describe it as a twisted, club-infused fable colored with a sense of triumph and self-mastery.”
The album's announcement follows NGHTCRWLR's first single of 2025 "Infrared", and the news of her signing to Stockholm’s YEAR0001 label. OZ is the follow up to the 2020 full-length debut, Let the Children Scream.
