Manuela highlights similarities between Taylor Swift's "Anti-Hero" video and own GLIMMER visual EP
California artist Manuela has shared a video on socials highlighting the similarities between Taylor Swift's recent "Anti-Hero" video and their own GLIMMER visual EP that arrived in April.
Last Friday (21 October) Swift released her tenth album Midnights and shared the self-directed video for "Anti-Hero", which saw her partying and joined by another version herself, and other scenes where Swift appears as a giant in someone else's house, drinking their miniature wine.
Following the release of the video, Manuela, an artist based in Bakersfield, California, shared a video on Instagram comparing sections of "Anti-Hero" to their own GLIMMER visual EP that landed in April. Manuela wrote, "I'm literally a #swiftie so it’s simultaneously painful and such an honor to even beg this question - am i on a moodboard??"
Last night Taylor Swift unveiled the second Midnights music video, this time for "Bejeweled", which stars Haim, Laura Dern, Dita Von Teese and more, and features a "psychotic amount" of easter eggs.
