Lorde says her new music "sounds really really different"
Lorde has spoken briefly about the new music she's been working on, saying it's been happening "slowly" but "sounds really really different".
While appearing on Mexican radio station Reactor 105.7 FM, Lorde discussed her new music, and how she's ready to move on from her Solar Power era.
"At the moment I've been working on some music, just slowly, and it sounds really really different," Lorde said. "A lot of the textures are really different, and it's good because it shows me that I've pursued that path you know? Like, [with] Solar Power, I really scratched that itch until I felt ready to move on, and then you make something else. Just gotta keep going down the path, go all the way to the end and then you can go somewhere else."
