Lorde today releases her long-awaited second record Melodrama, but that's far from the most interesting Lorde-shaped thing that's happened today.

Rumours had been sizzling for a short while that Lorde was the head honcho at Onion Rings Worldwide (an account that has since vanished off the Internet), and in an interview with Jimmy Fallon she confirmed the hearsay.
