Canadian punks METZ have unwrapped a new gift for us all: their "Spit You" out vid.
The visuals aim to ensnare the energy of the Toronto outfit's famed live shows, and it does just that.
The band themselves directed the video, which has been edited by Scott Cudmore.
METZ released their latest album II earlier this year on Sub Pop.
